You don't have a compliance problem. You have a "27 different government websites" problem.
PPWR applies the moment you ship your first parcel — no exemption for small brands, no exemption for one-person studios. The obligation itself is simple 'pay for the packaging that will one day need to be recycled in another country'. Finding out where to register in each country, is the time consuming part.

Questions and Answers
Is this legal advice?
No. It's a practical starting point built from the PPWR regulation and each country's own producer register — not a substitute for legal advice. Several countries are still finalising rules through 2026–2027; always confirm directly with the national authority before registering or paying a fee.
Does this replace registering with each country?
No — it tells you where and with whom to register in each of the 27 countries, so you're not searching government sites one by one. You still complete each registration yourself (or via an Authorised Representative, where required). But we point you in the right direction for every country.
How do I get the file?
It's emailed to the address you use at checkout, usually within minutes. Check spam if it doesn't land — or reach out via our contact page.
Who's this for?
Small and medium fashion, accessories and art and lifestyle brands shipping into more than one EU country. Most COSH! members ship cross-border — that's exactly where this saves the most time.
